Hriday Makarand

Description

“Hriday Makrand” which means ”nectar of the heart” is a collection of Hindi poems.
These poems are carrying different thoughts feelings and emotions of the heart experienced over the time just like nectar collected by honey bees from different kinds of lovely fragrant flowers to produce honey.
Whenever I find a thought, experience or emotion occupying my mind I take a pause and sit with pen and paper and write a poem.
And of course sometimes when I am just relaxing I go down the memory lane and recall things.
Many a times when I feel my students will enjoy a particular topic much more if I begin my class with a poem, I decide to write a poem related to the ongoing chapter highlighting some key points.
