The author is an engineering graduate with a postgraduate diploma in
Industrial management, a certificate course in statistics, and a black belt in six
Sigma, with vast experience in all fields of hazardous chemical processes,
batch and continuous in manufacturing different chemicals. He had
exposure to every aspect of manufacturing and business from product
development, detailed engineering, developing safety systems, and erection
and commissioning of plants and operations. He has had hands-on
experience as a key member in obtaining certification of TPM Excellence
award from JIPM, Japan; TQM from the Juran Institute of QM for Carbon
black Industry.
