Mr. Pothal is a law graduate and a practicing CA. He is an expert in data analysis with respect to Trade Protection Measures under WTO. Mr. Pothal has represented domestic producers, exporters and importers in more than 200 Anti-dumping, Anti-subsidy and Safeguard cases in India and abroad.
