Born and brought up in capital city of New Delhi, Manu Kaushal, holds B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Hamirpur and Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from IIIT Bangalore. Both these institutions are in India. He has spent 24 years in software industry working for organisations of different sizes, types and cultures. For work, he has travelled countless times to US, Canada and UK. He was named as amongst India’s top 100 great people managers in a study conducted by Great Manager Institute and NHRD for year 2022-23. His contributions have been both in business delivery and organisational process improvements. He takes corporate courses covering techno functional aspect of financial services, project management fundamentals, and various workshops on soft skills. He is also a certified Art of Living teacher who conducts sessions on mind, breath and meditation. His keen interest in organisation culture helped him in dissecting the subject and devising ways to succeed.
