Description

The book “Luna Lived” as a whole is a vivid representation of the circle of life: everyone eventually ends up where they began. The poems take you through Luna’s day, beginning from 12 am and ending at 12am. Each poem shows you what she is experiencing every hour of the day. Luna’s last poem has been left incomplete on purpose to allow the readers to come up with their own interpretations of how her day ends. The open ended book touches on the complex topics of life and death, aiming to convey that we all originate from nothing, and that is what we go back to.
