Author is a postgraduate in Social Work, with 8+ years of experience as a developmental professional. She has worked in different capacities through which she acquired skills such as: monitoring & evaluation, research, analytical, critical thinking, training, capacity building, developing community institution models, creating content for community etc. The author worked closely with community during her career, inclination towards community institution was when she was working in Tourism sector in Institution Building domain. Through her hands-on experience in these roles, she has contributed to the empowerment of communities, allowing them to take control of their own development.
