Dr. Amresh Srivastava is an internationally renowned psychiatrist and mental health advocate with deep roots in India. He began his career at K.E.M. Hospital and the University of Mumbai, and worked extensively on community mental health, suicide prevention, and public health psychiatry. Over the years, he has held academic and clinical positions in India, the UK, and Canada, and is currently Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry at Western University and Director of Mnasik shakti Foundation, an organisation working for student’s mental health. As an author, he has written and edited several influential books, including Mind Matters, The Science of Success, Dard ka Safar, and Kamyabiyaan. Through his writings and research, Dr. Srivastava continues to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and inspire hope across cultures.
