2. Refunds: Refunds are available in the following situations:
- Wrong Product Delivery: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect product and, upon receiving it, issue a full refund or send you the correct product, depending on your preference.
- Lost Parcel in Shipment: In the rare event that your order is confirmed as lost by our shipping partner (Standard Indian Post or any other shipping partner we may use), and the estimated delivery time has passed, please reach out to our Customer Support team. We will initiate a thorough investigation with the shipping partner. If the package is indeed lost, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or re-sending the order, whichever you prefer.
3. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds for orders that were paid via credit/debit cards may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Refunds for orders paid via other methods will be processed through the respective payment providers, and processing times may vary.
