Avni Agrawal

Avni Agrawal is a student, youth leader, and storyteller who believes that adolescence is not a crisis to survive but a power to understand. A Class 11 student at Nath Valley School, she has already stepped into the world with curiosity, ambition, and a fierce desire to make change feel accessible for every young person. Avni’s journey reflects her values: from mentoring at The Heart Venture, hosting eye-care drives, building youth-focused initiatives like The Youth Nexus, and excelling at Model United Nations conferences. She is also the voice behind Beyond the Headlines, a blog where she analyses the world through the lens of a conscious Gen-Z thinker. Her writing is shaped by her own honest encounters with pressure, expectations, self-discovery, and the chaos of growing up. With Pressure Cooker, Avni offers adolescents something she wished she had: an unfiltered, relatable roadmap through the noise of teenage life. When she’s not writing, you’ll find her building projects that bring young people together, studying for the next big exam, exploring ideas in business management, or preparing for national-level opportunities like NASA’s summer interview program. Pressure Cooker is her debut book; an invitation to teenagers everywhere to see themselves, not as passengers of pressure, but as pilots of their potential.
