He was born from a poor family in the rural area, was very much interested in poems since childhood, he has collected many in his life from a young age, he started his career from the village (primary school Salna), Obtained from High School Pass (Government Inter College Raduwa Chandnikhal) in 2008, and Inter Pass (Government Inter College Chopra Rudraprayag) in 2011, and graduated in 2018 (Himalayan B. Id College, Jilsu) from District Chamoli. The Indian Army joined the Garhwal Rifles Regimental Center Lansdowne in 2013 after Bhupinder ji's much training, posting in 11 Garhwal Rifles in 2014 after completing training, and along with duty in the army, he was very interested in books. He was and continues to write poems, his first book - coming from Kashmir, was released in 2019, and Sanchi magazine, also published his compositions in 2020. His compositions continue to be read on Internet magazines too. In this book too, he has kept many poems based on military life, Prabhakar ji got the inspiration from his commanding officer and company commander and his Subedar Major, and each of his Sardar Sahivan, Ensio, and Jawans, who boosted Prabhakar's morale.
