The author obtained his M. Phil and Ph. D degrees in Hindi Language and literature from JNU, New Delhi during it's golden age. After getting experience in teaching, journalism and social service, he joined National Testing Services of India housed in Central Institute of Indian Languages, Mysore as a resource person. There are several articles and papers written by him on the topics ranging from language, literature, education , art and culture. His two edited books are published from National Book Trust, two authored books from other prestigious organization and several other are in pipeline. He has delivered invited and guest lectures on the above topics in prominent institutions like JNV, KVS, RIE, SJCE, RMP and others. The author also conducted dozens of training and workshops in the universities and colleges of different parts of this country. His areas of interst are-language education, literature, educational testing and evaluation , legal and official translation etc.
