Dr. D. D. LAL is working as Chief Librarian & Head of the NBRC Library) at National Brain Research Centre (Deemed University), Manesar, and he is working as “DeLCON National Coordinator” for the DeLCON Consortium since the year 2009. He obtained Ph.D. Degree in LIS from University of Calcutta and holds MLISc, MPhil in LIS Degrees. He has established “Digital Library” at “NBRC, Manesar”and having 20+ years of professional library experience for managing the Digital Library of NBRC, Govt. of India. He has more than 20+ publications to his credit. He delivered various lectures on various platforms, conferences and Seminars. He has participated in many national and International conferences.
