Dr. G. Thiyagarajan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration, School of Management, S.A. College of Arts & Science (Affiliated to the University of Madras) Chennai, He Obtained His UG Degree from the Sindhi College, Chennai. He finished his M.B.A. in 2006 from the Department of Business Administration, Arignar Anna Institute of Management Studies and Computer Application, Sriperumbudur, and completed his Ph.D. from Rajah Serfoji Government College (Autonomous), Thanjavur, (Affiliated to Bharathidasan University). He obtained his PGDHRM at Sikkim Manipal University. He has teaching experience for over 17th academic years going on and produced fourteen years of MBA Projects and one year of B.B.A Projects. He is specialized in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship Development, and Rural Empowerment. He has published one Book, on the topic of Total Quality Management as well as three book chapters in prestigious journals. He has also published five Scopus articles more than twenty research articles in national and international journals, as well as presenting twenty papers at national and international seminars and conferences. He has also published two patents.
