Dr. Kaushik Banerjee holds dual PhDs in Management and Law, adding to his qualifications in MBA and LL.M. With over 25 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge from academia, corporate training, and research. Currently, he is the Head of the Law Department at Brainware University, guiding five PhD students. His corporate training experience includes sessions on HR responsibilities, West Bengal land and labor laws, and behavioral etiquette for government engineers. Dr. Banerjee’s research focuses on labor welfare statutes in Indian organizations and the evolving role of trade unions in organizational change. He has 18 journal publications (UGC and Scopus indexed) and two edited book contributions, showcasing his expertise in socio-legal issues and organizational development. Dr. Sudipta Adhikary, an Associate Professor in the Department of Law at Brainware University, holds a PhD in Management, an M.Tech in Geo-Technical Engineering, an MBA(HR), and an MPA. A Chartered Engineer (India) and LBS (Class-II) certified civil engineer, he has published over 20 journal articles in UGC CARE, Scopus, and Web of Science indexed journals, as well as two books with reputable publishers. Dr. Adhikary’s interdisciplinary expertise in management, engineering, and law enriches his teaching and research, contributing to an environment of academic excellence and innovation. Mr. Subham Chatterjee is Assistant Professor of Law at School of Law, Brainware University, Kolkata. He holds B.A.LL.B. & LL.M. (Constitutional & Administrative Law) and is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Law. He has qualified for West Bengal SET (Law) in his first attempt only. Apart from academics, he has presented papers in 15 conferences out of which 12 are ICSSR and UGC sponsored seminars, got articles published in journals (1 Web of Science), written 3 books, edited and co-authored 2 books each. He has also been invited as the Resource Person in ICSSR sponsored seminars as well as for delivering guest lectures. Before joining academics, he worked as Legal Auditor and In-House Counsel in reputed companies. He also holds B.Mus in Hindustani Classical Music and Diploma in Rabindra Sangeet.
