Dr Kusum Baser working as Assistant professor in the subject of Chemistry. She is working with N. G. Acharya and D. K. Marathe college since April 2011.She is teaching Physical and Organic Chemistry to undergraduate and post graduate students. She acquired her doctoral degree in Polymer Chemistry under the guidance of Dr Vidyagauri Lele , Principal, N. G. Acharya and D. K. Marathe College of Arts, Science and Commerce. She has presented various research papers in National and International Conferences. She is recipient of second and third prize in different conference, her research area includes Synthesis, Characterisation and bio-degradation studies.
