I am Dr Deepak served as an Academician, An Associate Professor, and Administration for 18 yrs, in the Management Institution. And Goverment universitities in Maharashtra. During my tenure in teaching I had given counselling to the studends for selection of their career goals and guided them to achieve the goals in their chossen career, I was a Mentor of students and continuously guide them to achieve the success in their life, I think their is need to create the awareness in the society, regarding changing scenerio of society, impacted by Technological changes in the world which have a greater impact in social, economical and political changes all over the world.
