Dr Nidhi K. Yadav is associated with GIDC Rajju Shroff ROFEL Institute of Management Studies (MBA). She is having 17 years of experience in academics as well as in the corporate training as a soft skill trainer. She deals with marketing and HR subjects. She has published various research papers and chapters in many renowned journals/books. Prof. Dr. Namrata M. Khilochiya acquired her Ph.D. degree in Management from VNSGU, Surat and has been teaching in the areas of HRM and Management since 2006. She is a teacher, researcher, trainer and speaker in the area of business and HRM. Currently she is working as an Asst. professor at Rajju Shroff ROFEL University, Vapi, Gujarat. It is her first attempt towards writing a book where she wrote module 11 and module 2 in the book ‘Leadership’.
