Dr. Pranjal Upadhyay is a physician, public health researcher , author, dedicated to transforming the landscape of healthcare leadership in India. With extensive experience serving in rural and tribal regions, he has witnessed firsthand the challenges and triumphs of healthcare delivery at the grassroots — shaping his deep belief that true leadership begins with empathy, purpose, and people. As a District Immunization Officer, Dr. Upadhyay has spearheaded numerous initiatives that strengthened public health systems, enhanced immunization coverage, and fostered teamwork across diverse health cadres. His earlier work as a Medical Officer in Bhimpur Block of District Betul became a model of innovation in tribal health — where he introduced community-led approaches to maternal and child care, integrated traditional healing knowledge, and promoted participatory public health practices.
