Dr Ravinder Kumar is an IRPS officer of 1984 batch of civil services. He superannuated as the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, South Central Railway, Secundrabad. Later a Member of Senior Citizen Tribunal, Govt of NCT Delhi. He had been Professor (Organisational Behaviour ) in National Academy of Indian Railways, Vadodara, He is a well known poet, columnist and satirist with several books to his credit both in English and Hindi. both in Hindi and English.
