About Editor in Chief Dr Ruchi Goswami - Dr. Ruchi Goswami, Ph.D., MA (JMC), BJMC, BA Hons (English), and Visharad in Vocal Music, is a dynamic professional with close to 25 years of experience in Teaching Journalism & Mass Communication, Public Relations, Strategic Communication, Corporate Communication, and Media Research. With a rich background in mainstream media, she has held various positions at notable organizations such as Times of India, Dainik Bhaskar, and Rajasthan Patrika. Currently, Dr. Goswami is an Associate Professor in the School of Media Studies at The IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur, Rajasthan. She teaches Mass Communication at undergraduate, postgraduate, M.Phil, and Ph.D. levels. Additionally, she serves as a counselor for IGNOU programs. Since 2014, Dr. Goswami has been actively guiding Ph.D. students in diverse areas, including Print Journalism, Cinema Studies, Cyber Crime, VFX, Film Tourism, OTT, and Public Relations. Dr. Goswami has a proven ability to establish and maintain healthy business relations with various media ventures in the state. Her skills in negotiation and relationship management have enabled her to meet corporate objectives effectively. She excels in using digital techniques and tools to support strategic communication, demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Her expertise in customer relationship management and handling a multinational workforce is noteworthy. A prolific writer, Dr. Goswami regularly contributes research articles and papers to various national and international publications, including Care Listed, Scopus, Springer, and other peer-reviewed editions. She has presented her research at numerous international and national conferences and is frequently invited as an expert and resource person.
