Dr. Smt. Jeevanlata Gupta, born in 1952 in Jabalpur, grew up in an intellectually rich environment where her father practiced as a lawyer at the Hon’ble High Court, Jabalpur. After completing her Master’s degree in 1976, she married Er. Shri J. P. Gupta, Chief Engineer, PWD, in 1977. A devoted homemaker who naturally evolved into a health maker, she immersed herself in Ayurveda, reversed her own diabetes through natural methods, and earned the title of Ayurved Ratan. In December 1983, she became a registered Medical Practitioner with the M.P. Ayurvedic & Unani Chikitsa Paddhati and Natural Chikitsa Board, Bhopal. Today, she actively shares her Ayurvedic wisdom and lifestyle insights to benefit society.
