Dr. Stanley Anthony Vivion Paul

Dr. Stanley Anthony Vivion Paul (Dr. SAV Paul) is an acclaimed Guyanese academic, institutional leader, and public intellectual whose distinguished career spans higher education, policy advisory, and international scholarly engagement. Despite his modest beginnings, Dr. Paul is widely recognized for his deep integrity, incisive intellect, and far-reaching contributions to management science, organizational leadership, and the praxis of inclusive governance. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from Jiwaji University, India, supported by a suite of elite academic credentials: an Executive Master of Business Administration (E.M.B.A., Distinction) from Charisma University, Turks and Caicos; dual postgraduate degrees, Master of Business Administration (M.B.A., Distinction) and Master of Science in Project Management (M.Sc., Distinction) from the Business University of Costa Rica and the Royal Academy of Career Development, Guyana, in collaboration with Pearson Edexcel, United Kingdom. Dr. Paul’s research interests are broad and interdisciplinary, spanning management theory, entrepreneurship, leadership, political economy, and research methodology. He has authored two academic books and has developed several graduate-level courses in entrepreneurship and advanced research methods. He is also a frequent contributor to scholarly conferences and policy seminars, with numerous papers on leadership, project management, and organizational transformation to his name. Currently, Dr. Paul serves as President and Principal of the University of Excellence, Management and Business (U.E.M.B.) in Guyana, where he is pioneering academic innovation and institutional accreditation. He also holds appointments as Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship at Manipur International University and as Associate Professor in Research Methodology at Charisma University. A formidable strategist and policy analyst, Dr. Paul continues to shape public discourse on governance, education, and economic equity across the Caribbean and beyond.
