Dr. Suvarna Pandit Suryawanshi is working as Assistant Professor in Shri. Bhausaheb N. S. Patil Arts & M. F. M. A. Commerce College, Deopur, Dhule from last 09 years. She also worked as a Convener for 09 years at the Dhule Centre of Y. C. M. O. University, Nashik. She holds M.A. (Political Science, Sociology, Marathi), B.Ed. and Ph.D. (Political Science) degrees. She had submitted thesis for Ph.D. degree to K. B. C. North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon on the subject of "Dhule Municipal Corporation Human Development Scheme and Women Empowerment - A Study". She has been published research papers in various research journals at national, international and state level. She is always actively involved in various seminars and workshops.
