Jibby Peter Dcruz believes that anybody can mould an iron mindset. Surviving an accident which dislocated his knee, he made a life-long resolution to get stronger and test human potential. It demolished every self-imposed limit he had on the body and mind. Jibby is obsessed about giving back to the community by raising funds through solo running, biking and swimming. He is also a member of Pretty Lil Hearts which is dedicated towards an infant death-free nation. Employed as an Assistant Professor at Viswajyothi College of Engineering and Technology, he lives with his wife and child in Kerala, India.
