Kaushan is a psychologist and founder of Brain Solutions Counseling Services. She also serves as Director at Shinning Stars Special Education School, where she supports children with learning disabilities, behavior modification, and speech delay. With over a decade of experience guiding families and ADHD children, Kaushan is currently pursuing a PhD focused on parental stress in families of children with ADHD and ASD. Her expertise in mental health, trauma, and resilience shines through her work, blending professional insight with compassion to help families navigate complex psychological challenges.
