He is the driving force behind OPEN BOX Consulting, a consulting business and training firm he founded. He specializes in Peak Performance Coaching and High-Performance Team Building. The concept for this book was born from his successful workshop, "Brand in You." Since beginning his training career in 2012, he has trained over 65,000 people individually or for various companies, including Ford, HDFC, SBI Life, Jubilant Foods and D.Y. Patil University, among many others. He’s conducted training not only for people in India but also in the UAE and the US.
