Mr. Rai is a practicing lawyer since 2006 specializing in Goods & Services Tax (GST), Customs & Foreign Trade Policy, Anti Dumping, Counter Veiling and Safeguard measures under WTO regime; Engineering/commercial arbitrations; Competition Litigations; Insolvency & Bankruptcy Matters etc.
Mr. Rai is an Engineering graduate from IIT Kanpur and an Ex Indian Revenue Service (IRS) & Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer. He holds a ‘Gold Medal’ in law (LLB) and a fully-funded Master degree in Law (LLM) from the University of Georgia, USA.
