Myself Purnima Pandey (B.E.D/M.S.C in science and Ex-Vice principal) recently 9 have discoverd the “book” named UPSC attitude code. As it is the based regarding to our activity and “behaviours” as we aren’t here to discuss and teach the “constitution” that will be observed and learn from the “law books” we are here to ‘observe” and learn the constitution from the behaviours and right since: 1947 as 15 august of the “freedom” of UPSC IAS and IPS are the Vitual connection between the politicians and civilians. As a “civil servent’ the work is an accountability to the politicians and civilians.
