Dr.Sapna Sugandha, is an Associate Professor, Departement of Management Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi Central University Bihar. She has vast experience of research and practical application of HR. Her work experience includes corporate experience of working in central government organization along with teaching experience. She has authored more than fifteen research papers of national and international repute. Her main area of interest are Green HRM, HR Analytics, Human Psychology, AI in HR and HR audit and accounts.
