The author of the book is a retired civil servant from Delhi who was born and brought up at Patna seeing the life from close quarters.and staying at Noida.He has long service experience from administrative as well as teaching field .He has been credited with writing many articles in Hindi and English on variety of issues affecting social and family aspect. His writing in wild life tourism has been awarded with Rahul sankritayanan award by EX minister of tourism.
