Shibam Talukdar is an Assistant Professor of Law (Senior Scale) at the UPES School of Law, Dehradun. He holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam, and an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Gujarat National Law University, where he is presently pursuing his Ph.D. His research interests span Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Internet Law, and Forensic Law, with a particular focus on the rights-enforcement instruments amidst technological advancements. He routinely contributes to reputed law journals, presents papers at national and international conferences, and engages in academic discussions on dynamic constitutional interpretations in the contemporary age. His research philosophy emphasises critical investigation, interdisciplinary scholarship, and a commitment to reconciling doctrinal inquiry with the practical realities of governance and justice delivery.
