Sohan Tiwade is a Professional Speaker & Corporate Soft Skills Trainer who runs his own training program titled, 'The Edge'. He has worked with many companies, organizations, Institutes, Hotels teaching the principles of effectiveness he outlines in this book. His mission in life is to help people connect to their true selves. He is the recipient of State Level Best Motivational Speaker Award & Shri Chattrapati Shahu Gaurav Puraskar 2020 by Aavishkar Foundation. He is also English Literature lecturer at Sanjay Ghodawat University, Kolhapur. He lives in Kolhapur with his wife, Loveleena who is an Lecturer in English and daughter, Jemimah who is pursuing her studies.
