The Peacock Who Danced in Ice is not a story but a slight comedic and half-adventurous narrative recited by Lavender Snow. Lavender is like a newborn, opening her eyes to the world for the first time in a while after mysteriously losing her memories. Though, she doesn’t wake up to the reality she expected to. She is dragged into a supernatural world, called the world of ‘Beholders’ by her neighbour, Dew Augustus. Except, he does it in the most creative way possible – by ending her life. After receiving the boon of life again, the life of a Beholder awaits Lavender, which includes- battles with a pigeon, manipulating ice and gathering the most crooked group of friends.
