Bipransh Kumar Tiwary received his Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology from the University of North Bengal. He has published over 14 research papers in reputed scientific journals. He is author of Workbook: Self-Guided Study Strategies For Students to Transform Into Confident And Ambitious Achievers and also Co-Editor of book titled Microbes, Environment and Human Welfare, New York, Nova Science Publishers, USA. He is the reviewer of several reputed journals. Dr. Tiwary is currently the Head, Department of Microbiology, North Bengal St. Xavier’s College, Rajganj, West Bengal, India. He has organized several workshops and training courses. His aim is to suggest strategies to help students understand and develop effective approaches for studying.
