She has made significant contributions to research, academic leadership, and professional training in the fields of Industrial Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, Positive Psychology, Spiritual Psychology, Health Psychology, and Educational Psychology and related streams. A prolific scholar, Dr. Mahapatra has published more than 134+ research papers in reputed National and International journals. Her scholarly work has received multiple recognitions, including two Best Research Paper Awards. In recognition of her outstanding contribution to education and academic leadership, she was honored with the Best Educationist Award by the Teeka Foundation, Bhubaneswar, in 2022.
