It is well said that “Law is a means to an End” and “Law is a tool for Social Ordering.” Looking into the dynamism of Law, the author Dr. Mani Pratap Singh was interested into the Law subject since childhood. The author was born and brought up in rural area and completed his basic schooling from local government schools. The author had done Bachelor of Law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut in the year 2013. The author has also completed his Master of Law from Mumbai University (Fort Campus) in Intellectual Property Right & Information Technology in the year 2016. The author has qualified UGC NET in Law in Dec 2018 with 99.2 percentile. As the author is a research oriented person, he has further decided to move forward and carry out research in Law especially in most emerging Law subject i.e Intellectual Property Rights. Dr. Singh has started his research (Doctor of Philosophy) in Law from Manipal University Jaipur in 2018 and completed the same in May 2023. His research work is pin pointed to trademark especially on Well-known Trademark. The research thesis of the author is available on Sodh Ganga. The author has written approximately eight research articles which are published in Scopus, Web of Science, UGC Care and other Peer Reviewed Journals. He has also attended many Workshop/ Seminars and delivered lectures as Guest Speaker, Expert Speaker and Resource Person. The author has also addressed prestigious institutions as Eminent Speaker in their Faculty Development Programme (FDP).The author has teaching experience in Law subjects like Jurisprudence, International law, Contract, Judicial Process and the Intellectual Property Rights.
