Dr. Paul Raj Ponnaiah
Dr. P. Paulraj, M.Sc., Ph.D., is a Associate Professor and distinguished academic with over 25 years of experience in Microbiology and Biotechnology, currently serving as Project Director, Eco-Village at MAHSA University, Malaysia, where he has established advanced research laboratories for Hydroponics, Aeroponics, and Aquaponics. He has developed over 55 unique culture media for hydroponic cultivation and has been granted three patents while working on several more. His research focuses on integrating nanotechnology in agriculture. Dr. Paulraj has published 41 articles in Scopus-indexed journals and has received multiple awards for his teaching and research excellence. His contributions significantly advance the fields of sustainable agriculture and biotechnology, addressing global challenges related to food security and resource management. I would like to acknowledge Dato' Dr. Shahril bin Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Mohamed Haniffa, Group Managing Director of MAHSA University, for the transformative impact on my career, enabling my transition from a Microbiologist to a Nanotechnologist and Hydroponics scientist.
