Dr. Rajashekara M N is a distinguished academician serving as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Government SKSJ Technological Institute, K R Circle, Bengaluru. He holds qualifications including M.A., M.Phil., B.Ed., and Ph.D. His research interests lie in English language and literature, communication Skills and Soft Skills. With over 20 years of experience in teaching and administration, Dr. Rajashekara has established himself as a leader in his field, with a strong commitment to academic excellence and community engagement. Dr. Rajasekara has made significant contributions to the field of education, with more than 20 publications in national and international Scopus Indexed and UGC Care listed journals and over 30 research articles presented in various conferences. He has authored and published 17 books for students across various levels, including High School, PUC, Degree, and Diploma and Engineering. Notably, he holds two patents and has been recognized for his excellence, receiving the ‘Best English Faculty Award’ from the British Council and Higher Education Council, Government of Karnataka, as well as the ‘Inspiring Education Hero Award’ from EGN India and ICT Kerala. His expertise and dedication have also led to his involvement as a member of the Board of Studies and Board of Examiners in multiple universities and autonomous colleges. He has also been actively involved in various roles such as Placement Officer, Program Officer for Youth Red Cross, Coordinator for Student Internships and VTU EMS Coordinator in his college.
