Dr. Rupa Jajoo Gilda received her M.com from Yeshwant College, Nanded & her Ph. D in Commerce from the S.R.T.M University of Nanded. She has also completed Diploma in Taxation from the same university. She has 10 years of teaching experience. She teaches Goods and Service Tax (GST), Business ethics and Human Resource Management at the Dayanand Commerce College, Latur to both graduate of Commerce and Management student. Her scholarly interests include business and professional ethics, the constructive mediation of disputes in the workplace, and those best practices that permit leaders to direct business in ways that engender community, social, and corporate good.
