Dr. S. Prasanna is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Shri Shankarlal Sundarbai Shasun Jain College for Women, T. Nagar, Chennai. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she is a passionate educator and researcher in the field of Computer Science. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, in 2017. Her areas of research interest include Network Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning paradigms. Dr. S. Prasanna is an Oracle Certified Associate. She has authored books on Wireless Ad Hoc Networks – Concepts and Protocols and Relational Database Management Systems. In addition, she has contributed more than 10 book chapters, including publications with IGI Global and Indian Studies: China–India Relations. She has delivered invited technical talks at Science Academies’ Refresher Courses sponsored by the Indian Academy of Sciences (Bangalore), Indian National Science Academy (New Delhi), and The National Academy of Sciences (Allahabad). She has published over 30 research articles in reputed national and international journals and has presented nearly 25 papers at various conferences across the country.
