Presently working as Asst. Professor in the Department of Zoology IGNTU (A Central University) Amarkantak. He is also acting as Co-coordinator in the same University in Aquaculture practices For last seven years, He was Faculty member in ABVH University Bhopal (M.P.). He was former E.C. member Barkatullah University Bhopal (M.P.) and acted as in-charge, Head of Department of the Zoology ABVH University Bhopal (M.P.). He has been member of national monitoring committee for minority education, Ministry of HRD, Government of India. he has published and presented a number of papers in various conferences.
