During his service tenure he was engaged in various functional and leadership roles of diverse businesses types – product, project solutions and service. He has hands-on experience both as a domain expert and a leader driving excellence in Manufacturing, Design and Engineering, Quality Management, Project Management, Business Excellence, Sales and Customer Relations giving him a 360-degree perspective of the business.
An electrical engineering graduate by qualification, he has completed a certified Management program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is a certified lead auditor in Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 and has a successful track record in implementing several business process re-engineering projects and organizational transformations.This book is intended to be a guide to practicing professionals on how to achieve sustained business excellence through a quality approach.
