K. Vani is working as Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Applications at Shri Shankarlal Sundarbai Shasun Jain College for Women in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She has completed MCA, M.Phil., M.E. (CSE) and is currently pursuing Ph.D. She has 24 years of diversified work experience in various educational institutions as Head of the Department, Assistant Professor, Technical Trainer, and Placement Director. She has delivered talks in emerging computer technologies. She has extensive experience in academia and her interest includes DBMS, Robotics, and Programming. She specializes in Python, C, C++, Oracle, and Open Source Technologies. She has acquired international certifications in RHCE (Redhat Certified Engineer), Oracle Certified Associate, and EMC2 Cloud Infrastructure & Services. She has published research articles in national and international journals.
