Mr. Maniratnam Bhati is a Research Scholar at Department of Law, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He holds an LLB from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and LLM from National Law University, Jodhpur. He has qualified UGC-NET in Law and has served as Guest Faculty at University of Rajasthan. His areas of teaching includes Corporate Laws, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Laws and Constitution Law.
