Mannat Middha
Mannat is a counsellor with a deep interest in understanding grief, trauma, and emotional healing. Her writing comes not only from what she has studied, but from what she has lived. After losing her mother, who was not just a parent but her closest companion, she began exploring grief in its most personal and unspoken forms. Through her words, she hopes to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and less alone in their pain. This book is her way of expressing what grief truly feels like beyond definitions, beyond advice in its raw, human form.
