Mrs. Bhagyalaxmi Koti is working as an Assistant Professor in the MBA (For Women) Programme at Sharnbasva University, Kalaburagi, Karnataka. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka. She completed her MBA in HR and Finance in 2010 from Doddappa Appa Institute of MBA, Kalaburagi. She qualified the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) in 2015. She has published 10 research articles in national and international journals and has 15 years of teaching experience in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Research, and Statistics.
