Murlikrishna Ramaiah, was born on 16 August 1966.He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Welfare from IISWBM- Kolkata. With over 37 years of distinguished experience in the public sector, he has made significant contributions to Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and organizational leadership. He has been serving as Director (Human Resource) at Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) since 23 February 2023. Prior to this, he held the position of General Manager, Durgapur Steel Plant, Durgapur (Steel Authority of India Limited). A life member of NIPM and contributed immensely on creating happy employees in the organization. He is a faculty for creativity, change management and has worked on managing self and Team.
