Presently working as senior Professor in the Department of Zoology, IGNTU (A Central University) Amarkantak. He authored various books of national and international ranks. He published about hundreds of papers published in the journals of national and international repute. He has been Awardee of Saraswati Samman, Bharat Shiksha Ratan, Sarvpalli Radha krishnan Award, Best Author Award in Science and technology, UNO Excellence Award etc.
