Identifying Potentially Inappropriate Medications (PIMs) in Elderly: A Pharmacist’s Manual

Dr. Sri Harsha Chalasani, M. Pharm, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru, and Medication Safety Officer at JSS Hospital, Mysuru. He is a recipient of the Department of Science and Technology’s Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (DST-INSPIRE) fellowship for his doctoral research. Dr. Sri Harsha conducts various pharmacoepidemiological studies on patient safety. For his work, he received numerous travel grants to attend and present his work at international conferences. He has published extensively in fields of expertise, patient safety, pharmacovigilance, and medication errors. Sri Harsha is dedicated to advancing pharmacy practice through research, teaching, and clinical service to ultimately improve patient care and outcomes.
