Dhanusree. P was born and brought up in Vaikom, in Kerala. She has done her TTC(Teachers Training Course)and has completed her MBA in Administration. Teaching little kids and guiding them to achieve their goals is her ambition in life. She started to pursue for writing after her marriage. Due to her husband's frequent transfers, she got the opportunity to visit new places and meet people from different parts of the country, which gave her aspiration to pen her thoughts. She has a 7 year old daughter who keeps her busy. The situations and characters from her stories are very much like those to whom one can easily relate to. She likes to do glass paintings in her free time, a passionate cook who likes experimenting with recipes in the kitchen. Being a mother she has a knack of telling compelling stories, being born in the 90's ,her stories have distinct flavour of the old times,
